Andriol is a natural ester added to a synthetic testosterone derivative. Testosterone undecanoate is a safer oral steroid that is absorbed through the small intestine into the lymphatic system, placing no burden to the liver, nor changing liver enzymes. Testosterone undecanoate is converted to 5-Alpha Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). It does, however, have generally lower rates of aromatization to estrogen.
